供热项目循环流化床锅炉的两级给煤经实践证明不能满足长周期安全生产需要。在借鉴同类型锅炉设备运行的基础上对供热项目两台循环流化床锅炉的给煤系统进行了二级改一级的改造,同时解决了改造后可能出现的高温炉烟反窜问题。
Heating project two levels of circulating fluidized bed boiler coal proved by practice can not meet the needs of long-cycle safety in production. Based on the operation of the same type of boiler equipment, the coal feeding system of two circulating fluidized bed boilers in the heating project was rebuilt from the second to the third level and the anti-channeling of the high temperature flue gas after the reformation was solved.
