测定65例无微血管并发症的T2DM患者和30例健康对照者外周血中SDF-1、MMP-9水平和内皮祖细胞(EPCs)数量。糖尿病患者分单纯糖尿病组、大血管病变组。结果 SDF-1水平和EPCs数量对照组、单纯糖尿病组、大血管病变组依次降低(P<0.05 or 0.01);MMP-9水平对照组、单纯糖尿病组、大血管病变组依次增高(P<0.01);SDF-1水平与EPCs数量成正相关(r=0.327,P<0.05),与MMP-9呈负相关(r=-0.234,P<0.05);MMP-9与EPCs呈负相关(r=-0.225,P<0.05);颈动脉内膜中层厚度与SDF-1、EPCs负相关(r=-0.342、-0.298,P<0.05),与MMP-9正相关(r=0.323,P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析表明SDF-1、MMP-9、EPCs等为影响颈动脉IMT的主要因素。结论 T2DM患者外周血中SDF-1、MMP-9水平的变化与大血管病变有关。
The levels of SDF-1, MMP-9 and the number of endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) were measured in 65 patients with T2DM without microvascular complications and 30 healthy controls. Diabetic patients were divided into simple diabetic group, macrovascular disease group. Results The levels of SDF-1 and EPCs in control group, simple diabetic group and macroangiopathy group were decreased in turn (P <0.05 or 0.01). The levels of MMP-9 in control group, simple diabetic group and macroangiopathy group were significantly increased (R = -0.234, P <0.05). There was a negative correlation between the level of SDF-1 and the number of EPCs (r = 0.327, P < -0.225, P <0.05). The carotid intima-media thickness was negatively correlated with SDF-1 and EPCs (r = -0.342, -0.298, ). Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that SDF-1, MMP-9 and EPCs were the main factors affecting carotid IMT. Conclusion The changes of SDF-1 and MMP-9 levels in peripheral blood of T2DM patients are related with macrovascular diseases.
