日本樱花是良好的园林绿化树种。组织培养育出的日本樱花幼苗,经棚内驯化后,需移植于露地苗圃培养成为苗木。我们在这方面有一些管理经验,或可供大家借鉴。圃地选择及整理苗圃地要交通方便,灌溉条件良好,pH值6.5～7.5,土壤为肥沃的壤土或沙壤土。先把地整平,春季土壤解冻后,亩撒施2500～3000千克优质有机肥,深耕细耙,按长50米、宽1米的规格整理出南北走向的苗床。
