随着我国经济发展水平的不断提高,油田企业的竞争加剧,知识经济和全球化的持续发展,使得油田企业的文化软实力作用凸显。随着科技水平的提高,油田企业整合重组后硬实力不断增强,如何在激烈的市场竞争中处于有利的地位,成为了油田企业不断研究和探索的方向。油田企业软文化有利于油田企业塑造自身企业形象,提高企业的文化竞争力,提高油田企业的综合竞争力。培养和加强油田企业的软实力对于油田企业有着重要的影响,本文结合油田企业文化发展现状,针对性的提出加强油田企业文化软实力的措施,以此来提高油田企业的竞争力。
With the continuous improvement of the level of economic development in China, the competition among oilfield enterprises has intensified, and the sustained development of knowledge economy and globalization has made the role of oilfield companies’ cultural soft power prominent. With the improvement of the level of science and technology, the hard power of the oilfield enterprises has been continuously strengthened after their integration and reorganization. How to stay in a favorable position in the fierce market competition has become a direction for the oilfield enterprises to continuously research and explore. The soft culture of oilfield enterprises is conducive to the oil companies to shape their own corporate image, improve their cultural competitiveness, and increase their comprehensive competitiveness. Cultivating and strengthening the soft power of oilfield enterprises has an important impact on oilfield enterprises. This article combines the current status of oilfield enterprise culture development and proposes targeted measures to strengthen the cultural soft power of oilfield enterprises, so as to improve the competitiveness of oilfield enterprises.
