二维超声和Doppler超声心动图可准确检查胎儿心脏。宫内能诊断胎儿心脏异常和节律异常,可经胎盘治疗和对孕妇进行必要的处理。作者检查了323例孕妇,除1例经阴道检查外均经腹部检查。受检孕妇指征:有先天性心脏病(CHD)家族史、胰岛素依赖糖尿病、胎儿心律异常、药物接触史、其它胎儿缺损和产科怀疑CHD者。结果平均孕龄24周。胎儿胸前和腹部面向扫描发射器是检测胎儿心脏影像的最好位置。怀孕20周检测可得到最好的结果。足月后因羊水减少,胎儿位置变化受限和骨化增加而影响检测。产后随访260例新生儿,5例诊断错误。323例孕妇中,47例(15%)病人有异常发现。35例(11%)明显异常。结果得到
Two-dimensional ultrasound and Doppler echocardiography can accurately check the fetal heart. Intrauterine diagnosis of fetal heart abnormalities and abnormal rhythm can be placental treatment and the necessary treatment of pregnant women.
