作者等研制成功了螺旋推进式半自动扩宫器,并应用于人工流产手术,现已完成100例。文章介绍了该扩宫器的结构和操作方法,并与同期使用扩宫棒行人流术相比较,具有手术操作简便,一次即可将宫口扩张到手术所需大小;提高了手术的安全性,减少了宫颈粘膜损伤,防止了宫穿孔的发生,且能缩短扩宫时间,减轻术时疼痛,值得临床上推广使用。
