中国城市发展已进入由规模扩张向功能完善和品质提升的转型期。厦门经济特区应积极探索城市转型发展之路,率先走出传统的注重外延性、框架性、基础性、速度性的城市发展模式,加快向更加注重内涵性、整体性、功能性、质量性为主要特征的发展模式转变。文章分别从理念转型、产业转型、模式转型、功能转型和空间转型等方面,进行多领域、多方面、多层次、多视角综合转型的思考。
China’s urban development has entered a period of transition from expansion of scale to improvement of functions and improvement of quality. Xiamen Special Economic Zone should actively explore the road to urban transformation and development and take the lead out of the traditional model of urban development focusing on extension, framework, basicity and speed, and speed up efforts to focus more on connotation, integrity, functionality and quality Features of the development model changes. The article conducts the multi-domain, multi-faceted, multi-level and multi-perspective comprehensive transformation from the aspects of concept transformation, industrial transformation, mode transformation, functional transformation and spatial transformation respectively.
