林大海高中毕业后便进入金融系统,勤奋又好学的他很快在单位里脱颖而出。一路走来,仕途愈加明朗和稳固。然而,让大多数人羡慕的工作却不能长久地留住林大海的心,不惑之年,他决定跳出熟悉的工作环境,出去闯闯。“我的个性决定了我做一件事就要把它做到最好,但我又是个喜欢挑战的人,我觉得一辈子只尝试做好一件事,对我来说太少太少。”林大海说,2003年,他从工作了18年的工商银行辞职,在辽宁老家开办了一家金属容器制品厂。
