本文讨论光导纤维拉丝过程微机自适应控制系统的设计与实现。该系统包括炉温的PID控制、光导纤维丝径的自校正控制、光导纤维张力的专家智能控制、故障诊断、处理、实时管理、质量统计和报表打印等功能。这些功能在由IBM-PC微机和DJS-041单板机构成的双机系统上实现,并投入实际使用,性能良好。
This article discusses the design and implementation of microcomputer adaptive control system for optical fiber drawing process. The system includes PID control of furnace temperature, self-tuning control of optical fiber diameter, expert intelligent control of optical fiber tension, fault diagnosis, processing, real-time management, quality statistics and report printing. These features in the IBM-PC computer and DJS-041 single board machine into a dual-system implementation and put into practical use, good performance.
