2008年2月26日15点50分,友达光电(苏州)有限公司申报的2×40集装箱的出口货物进入苏州工业园综合保税区场站;半小时后,海关办完验核手续;18点20分,货物运抵太仓港准备装船。从企业申报到装船整个操作程序仅花费2个小时20分钟。这一票出口货物的办理意味着全国首个内陆地区开放程度最高、功能最全、政策最优惠的海关特殊监管区域——苏州工业园综合保税区与江苏省第一集装箱干线港——太仓港之间的“区港联动”模式正式启动。
At 15:50 on February 26, 2008, the exported goods of 2 × 40 containers declared by AU Optronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. entered the comprehensive bonded area station of Suzhou Industrial Park; half an hour later, the customs office completed the verification procedures; 20 minutes, the goods arrived in Taicang Port ready for shipment. It took only 2 hours and 20 minutes to declare a ship to the entire operating procedure. This vote of export goods means the first inland areas in the country the highest degree of openness, the most complete functions, the most preferential policies of the special supervised areas - Suzhou Industrial Park Comprehensive Free Trade Zone and Jiangsu Province, the first container trunk port - Taicang Port Between the “district port linkage” mode officially started.
