采访过程中,张兵一直表示,他只是个县级市的小老板,能上业界权威杂志《新生代声音》的专访,其实很忐忑。但就是这个孱弱、瘦小的南方男孩,在东北的黑土地上,兢兢业业做眼镜,摸爬滚打已20年,寒暑易节,始一反焉。正如《激荡三十年》作者吴晓波所说的:“成功的企业家,最容易被别人夸大的品质是智慧和机遇,而最容易被别人忽视的品质是真实、专注和坚持。”对于中小眼镜零售企业来说,现在很多人都在谈定位、策略和路径,但张兵认为不要单独看一件事,要做好零售,没有任何捷径,只有两步:一步是专注,一步是坚持!
