大鼠在注射BCG、地塞米松或碳素后,再静注约氏疟原虫子孢子,42小时后活杀,观察三种制剂各自对子孢子入侵及外期原虫发育的影响。结果:碳素组中30%枯氏细胞内充斥碳粒,外期密度明显下降;BCG 6×10~7菌单位一次静注,亦可使外期密度明显下降,且原虫较小,退变率较高;地塞米松则可使外期密度明显升高,且原虫较大,有液泡者多。本文对出现上述现象的原因进行了分析。
After injection of BCG, dexamethasone or carbon, rats were injected with sporozoites of Plasmodium yoelii and killed after 42 hours. The effects of the three preparations on the invasion of sporozoites and development of protozoan protozoa were observed. Results: In the carbon group, 30% of the cells were filled with carbon particles, and the density at the end of the cell cycle was significantly decreased. One intravenous injection of 6 × 10 ~ 7 BCG cells could also significantly decrease the density at the end of the culture, Dexamethasone can significantly increase the density at the outskirts, and the protozoa larger, more vacuoles. This article analyzes the reasons for the above phenomenon.
