本文通过动态检测食饵性高脂血症兔血清总胆固醇(TC)、羟脯氨酸(HYP)及血浆钙、铜浓度发现:HYP、钙、铜浓度与TC变化一致,即随喂高脂饲料时间的延长而明显增高。其中HYP、钙浓度与TC水平变化呈显著正相关。同时还发现,喂高脂饲料60天后停喂高脂饲料60天,血清TC水平迅速降至接近正常水平,而HYP含量则下降至显著低于同期对照组的水平(P<0.01和0.001)。停喂高脂饲料180天时血清TC、HYP均恢复至对照组水平。形态观察发现,动脉壁胶原纤维明显增多。结果表明,高胆固醇血症明显影响胶原代谢,这些变化可能与血钙、铜浓度的变化有关。
In this paper, serum total cholesterol (TC), hydroxyproline (HYP) and plasma calcium and copper concentrations in rabbit with hyperlipemia were measured dynamically. The results showed that the concentrations of HYP, calcium and copper were consistent with those of TC, The extension of time significantly increased. Which HYP, calcium concentration and TC levels were significantly positively correlated. At the same time, it was also found that after 60 days of feeding high-fat diet, the high-fat diet was stopped for 60 days, the serum TC level rapidly dropped to near normal level, while the HYP level dropped to significantly lower than that of the same period control group (P <0.01 and 0.001). 180 days after stopping feeding high-fat diet serum TC, HYP were restored to the control group level. Morphological observation found that arterial wall collagen fibers increased significantly. The results show that hypercholesterolemia significantly affect collagen metabolism, these changes may be related to changes in serum calcium and copper concentrations.
