目的分析番禺区实施广东省结核病控制项目的成本—效益。方法采用抽样电话调查结合病历回顾的方法估计个人成本,运用伤残调整寿命年(DALY)指标及成本效益分析等经济学方法来评价项目实施效果。结果项目投入产出比为1:39.6。结论该项目的成本-效益收益明显。
Objective To analyze the cost-benefit of implementing TB control project in Panyu District of Guangdong Province. Methods The sample telephone survey combined with medical record review was used to estimate the individual cost. The DALY index and cost-benefit analysis were used to evaluate the project implementation effect. Results The project input-output ratio was 1: 39.6. Conclusion The project’s cost-benefit benefits are obvious.
