7月27日,中央纪委、监察部和国务院国有资产监督管理委员会在鞍山钢铁集团公司召开国有企业纪检监察工作经验交流现场会。会议主题是:充分发挥国有企业纪检监察机构的组织协调作用,探索构建与现代企业制度相适应的教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系,深入推进国有企业反腐倡廉工作。会议期间,鞍山钢铁集团公司全面介绍了创立和实施“三位一体”大监督机制的经验,8家企业从不同侧面介绍了构建惩防腐败体系的做法。监察部副部长陈昌智,国资委党委委员、纪委书记黄丹华,辽宁省委副书记、纪委书记王唯众出席会议并讲话。本次会议对大力推进国有企业构建惩防腐败体系具有重要的指导作用。本刊结合会议的主要精神,对鞍钢经验进行了采访,并作专题报道。
On July 27, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Ministry of Supervision and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council held an on-site exchange of experience in discipline inspection and supervision of state-owned enterprises in Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation. The theme of the conference was to give full play to the organization and coordination role of the discipline inspection and supervision agencies of state-owned enterprises, explore the construction of a system of punishment and prevention of corruption that parallels the education, system and supervision of modern enterprise systems, and thoroughly promote the anti-corruption work of state-owned enterprises. During the meeting, Anshan Iron and Steel Group Company comprehensively introduced the experience of establishing and implementing the “Trinity” oversight mechanism, and eight companies introduced the practice of building a system of punishment and prevention of corruption from different aspects. Vice Minister of Supervision Chen Changzhi, SASAC member of the Party Committee, Commission for Discipline Inspection Huang Danhua, Liaoning Provincial Committee, Commission for Discipline Inspection Wang Weizhong attended the meeting and delivered a speech. This meeting plays an important guiding role in vigorously promoting the system of corruption prevention and corruption in state-owned enterprises.
