氧化镁是硅钢片绝缘涂层的主要原料。氧化镁粉末的粒度分布,是决定绝缘涂层性能的主要因素之一。利用扫描电镜分辨率高的性能,可直接测定氧化镁一次粒子的粒度分布。本文运用扫描电镜测定了进口与国产的10种氧化镁样品,探明了一次粒子的粒度分布与氧化镁涂敷性能的关系,为改进氧化镁生产工艺提供了依据。
Magnesia is the main raw material of silicon steel insulation coating. The particle size distribution of magnesia powder is one of the main factors that determine the performance of insulating coating. The use of high-resolution scanning electron microscopy can be directly measured particle size distribution of magnesium oxide primary particles. In this paper, 10 kinds of imported and domestic magnesia samples were measured by scanning electron microscopy, the relationship between the particle size distribution of primary particles and the coating performance of magnesia was proved, which provided the basis for improving the production process of magnesia.
