一、小组简介二、生产工序介绍钢板热处理目的在于改变或改善钢板的力学性能。高性能指标(如核电用钢、低温压力容器用钢、结构用钢、耐磨钢等)和其他特殊用途的钢种必须采用适当的热处理工艺以达到性能要求。热处理不仅可以改进钢板使用时的加工性能,而且能显著的改善力学性能。厚板热处理线是厚板高附加值产品生产线之一。精整区域共有3条热处理线,分别用于钢板的正火、淬火和回火处理(见图1)。热处理板主要为造船钢板、结构钢板、锅炉钢板、容器钢板、工程机械用板和模具钢板等高附加值产品。
