随着我国医疗体制改革的不断深入以及信息时代发展的影响,将信息系统技术应用到现代医院管理工作中,既是实现医院管理公平公正的重要措施,也是提高现代医院管理水平和能力的重要方法。绩效薪酬考核是现代医院管理的重要工作内容,关系到医院管理工作的公平公正,也关系到医院的正常运行与发展。应用信息系统开展医院绩效薪酬管理对调动员工的积极性、发挥医院的公益性能也具有十分重要的作用。基于此,本文对医院绩效薪酬考核应用信息系统的相关内容和方法进行了研究和分析,以期为现代医院管理工作作有益的探索并提供一定的参考。
With the deepening of China’s medical system reform and the impact of the development of the information age, applying information system technology to modern hospital management is not only an important measure to realize fairness and justice in hospital management, but also an important method to improve the management level and ability of modern hospitals. Performance pay assessment is an important part of modern hospital management work, related to the hospital management of fairness and justice, but also related to the normal operation of the hospital and development. Application of information systems to carry out the performance of the hospital salary management to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff, to play a public hospital performance also has a very important role. Based on this, this paper studies and analyzes the related contents and methods of the information system of performance appraisal in hospitals, in order to make useful explorations and provide some references for modern hospital management.
