对新疆巴州粮食生产机械装备的调查发现,现有机械装备多属超龄服役,存在陈旧机具老化多、科技含量高的机具少、更新力度小和机械化装备结构不合理等问题。提高粮食机械报废更新补贴、发展各类农业专业合作组织,将会大力提高粮食生产机械化的使用效益。
A survey of machinery and equipment for grain production in Bazhou, Xinjiang found that most of the existing machinery and equipment are over-aged and serviceable. There are many problems such as the aging of old equipment, the small amount of machinery with high technological content, the small renewal and the unreasonable structure of mechanized equipment. Improve food machinery scrapping renewal subsidies, the development of various types of agricultural specialized cooperative organizations, will greatly enhance the use of food production mechanization benefits.
