湖北省枣阳市财政局把解决农民卖难问题当作财政支农的一项重要工作来抓,在大力实施农产品“上网工程”的同时,大抓农民电脑技术员的培训,他们为全市26个乡(镇)财政所配备了电脑并上了因特网,同时聘请了一批专业技术人员,无偿培训农民上机操作。半年来,培训农民电脑技术员1481人,全市每村平均有两人可上机操作。这些昔日跟土坷拉打交道的人如今也能摆弄键盘鼠标了。该市太平镇财政所还专门成立了培训农民网络销售领导小组,把全镇的农产品销售信息输入供求网站,不定期的将世界和全国各地求购信息编成简报下发到各村。据统计,枣阳市由农民亲手操作网上农产品销售额已达到
