用比活度为50μCi/ml 和100μCi/ml 的 KH_2~(32)PO_4浸渍处理单核期和合子期的九三 B29-4白小麦幼穗。观察了 M_2—M_3抽穗期、株高和穗型变异,鉴定了入选品系的抗倒伏、抗病和品质等特性。按照一定的育种程序选育出高产、优质和抗病的龙辐麦5号新品种。
Ninety-three B29-4 white wheat ears at mononuclear and zygotic stages were treated with KH_232 (PO 4) impregnated with specific activity of 50μCi / ml and 100μCi / ml. The variation of heading stage, plant height and panicle type of M_2-M_3 was observed, and the lodging resistance, disease resistance and quality of the selected lines were identified. According to a certain breeding program, a new variety of Longfumai No.5 with high yield, good quality and disease resistance was bred.
