阅读能力是语言学习必须学会的一项技能,在小学英语教学中,培养学生的阅读能力十分重要。小学英语阅读教学是培养小学生英语阅读能力的重要途径,但仅依靠英语阅读课培养学生的英语阅读能力是远远不够的,还应在课余时间进行一些课外英语读物的阅读,才能提高英语语感。教师要采取相应的措施,在充分理解学生阅读课外英语读物重要作用的基础上,用合适的方法引导学生进行课外阅读,切实提高小学生的英语阅读能力,促进他们英语核心素养的提升。
Reading ability is a skill that language learning must learn. It is very important to cultivate students’ reading ability in primary English teaching. Primary English reading teaching is an important way to cultivate primary school students ’English reading ability. However, it is not enough to rely on English reading class to develop students’ reading ability in English. Some extracurricular English readings should be read in spare time to improve English language sense. Teachers should take corresponding measures. Based on the full understanding of the important role of students in reading extracurricular English reading materials, they should guide students to read extracurricular readings in an appropriate way so as to effectively improve the reading ability of primary students and promote their English core literacy.
