国际空间站代表了人类历史上最大的科学和技术合作。空间站的独特之处在于它是一个完全的国际合作体,存在着很多前所未有的法律问题。本文以国际法的一般法律原则、外层空间法的法律原则、外空五大条约和1998年《政府间协定》为基础,对国际空间站的登记、管辖与控制、赔偿责任及知识产权等重要法律问题予以分析和阐述。
The International Space Station represents the largest scientific and technical cooperation in human history. The uniqueness of the space station lies in the fact that it is a complete international cooperation body with many unprecedented legal issues.
