目的 探讨纳豆菌与O157∶H7、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门菌这 3种致病菌分别共同培养时细菌数的变化情况。方法 分别培养纳豆菌和 3种病菌并进行纯化。①选取培养纳豆菌与致病菌同时培养 ;②先培养纳豆菌 8h ,再加致病菌。分别观察抑制结果。结果 纳豆菌对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用较为明显 ;对O157∶H7也有一定的抑制作用 ;而沙门菌的抑制作用不明显。如果将纳豆菌先培养 6~ 8h ,再将O157∶H7、金黄色葡萄球接种进去共同培养 ,则抑菌作用更为明显。结论 纳豆菌在液体培养基中抑制作用明显
Objective To investigate the changes of bacteria numbers when the three pathogenic bacteria Bacillus natto and O157: H7, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella were cultured together respectively. Methods Bacillus natto and three kinds of bacteria were cultured and purified respectively. ① select the culture natto and pathogens simultaneously cultured; ② first natto cultured 8h, plus pathogenic bacteria. Respectively observed inhibition results. The results of Bacillus natto inhibition of Staphylococcus aureus more obvious; O157: H7 also have some inhibition; and Salmonella inhibition is not obvious. If the first natto culture 6 ~ 8h, and then O157: H7, golden inoculation into the co-culture, the antibacterial effect is more obvious. Conclusion Bacillus natto has obvious inhibitory effect in liquid medium
