7月的武汉,天气是火热的,同样火热的还有武汉人的热情。他们用微笑与有力的握手迎来了来自全国各地的厅局长。这是一次“迟到”的会议,因为一场非典让会议的日期一改再改,在羊年过半的7月底才“落户”武汉。盘点是迟到的,而重任是不变的。会议明确提出:今年已经部署的任务一律目标不变、指标不减,要加倍努力,克服非典造成的影响,确保全年各项任务如期完成。
