本文采用X射线衍射、高分辨电镜和X射线光电子能谱仪对气相蒸发法所制备的Fe超微粒子的形态、组成、晶体结构和表面状态进行了研究。结果表明Fe超微粒子呈球形、直径大约20um,主要由心部的α-Fe和表面约4um厚的Fe_3O_4氧化物膜层所组成。并给出了超微粒子的高分辨点阵图象。
In this paper, X-ray diffraction, high resolution electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to study the morphology, composition, crystal structure and surface state of Fe ultrafine particles prepared by gas-phase evaporation. The results show that the Fe ultrafine particles have a spherical shape with a diameter of about 20 um and are mainly composed of α-Fe at the core and Fe 3 O 4 oxide film with a thickness of about 4 μm. The high resolution lattice image of ultrafine particles is given.
