教师专业化发展是师范教育转变为教师教育的世界教师发展趋势。高师作为培养未来音乐师资的摇篮,顺应教师教育职前培养和入职教育、职后提高的一体化发展要求,做好未来音乐师资的职前能力培养,已成为当前高师音乐教育发展的关键。文章就教师专业化视野下高师音乐专业学生教师专业能力的拓展的议题,阐述了音乐专业学生走向专业化必备的将知识转化为智慧、将理论转化为方法的未来音乐师资教师专业能力的发展方向。
Teachers’ professional development is the trend of teacher development in the world transformed from teacher education to teacher education.
