《全日制义务教育语文课程标准(实验稿)》对基础教育第一学段的识字与写字目标定为:喜欢学习汉字,有主动识字的愿望;认识常用汉字1600~1800个,其中800~1000个会写;掌握汉字的基本笔画和常用的偏旁部首,能按笔顺规则用硬笔写字,注意间架结构。初步感受汉字的形体美。养成正确的写字姿势和良好的写字习惯.书写规范、端正、整洁。上述目标传达给我们这样几点信息:1.培养学生识字写字的兴趣成为首位目标;2.识字的要求与以往有所不同,要求识写分流,多识少写;3.强调对学生写字姿势与习惯的培养。
