目的观察手术结合药物治疗精索静脉曲张性不育症的疗效。方法将2000年2月-2010年12月确诊为精索静脉曲张性不育症者共124例随机分成对照组(单纯手术治疗)60例、观察组(手术结合药物治疗)64例。两组患者均采用改良Poloma法行双侧或单侧精索内静脉高位结扎。观察组术后口服阿奇霉素0.5g,1次/d,应用7d。术后随诊6月-2.5年,观察受孕情况。结果观察组受孕率59.4%,明显优于对照组的38.3.4%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精索内静脉高位结扎术结合药物清除解脲支原体感染能有效改善精索静脉曲张性不育症的精液质量,提高受孕率。
Objective To observe the curative effect of surgery combined with medicine on varicocele infertility. Methods A total of 124 patients with varicocele diagnosed from February 2000 to December 2010 were randomly divided into control group (surgery alone) of 60 cases and observation group (operation plus drug therapy) of 64 cases. Two groups of patients were modified Poloma method bilateral or unilateral spermatic vein ligation. Observation group after oral azithromycin 0.5g, 1 / d, application of 7d. Follow-up postoperative June - 2.5 years to observe the situation of pregnancy. Results The conception rate of observation group was 59.4%, which was significantly better than that of control group (38.3%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion High spermatic vein ligation combined with drug clearance of Ureaplasma urealyticum can effectively improve the quality of varicocele infertility and improve the pregnancy rate.
