工业品积压作为阻碍我国经济正常运行的重要问题,已经引起了中央的高度重视。国务院1991年下半年重点抓“清欠、利库、减亏”工作以来,工业品严重积压的情况虽然有所改善,但与此同时,也出现了许多新的问题,需要进行更深入地研究。下面结合我们召开的座谈会反映的情况和在陕西等地区的调查,对工业品积压问题作初步分析,并向有关部门提出一些建议。
As an important issue that hinders the normal operation of our economy, the backlog of industrial products has drawn great attention from the Central Government. Since the State Council focused its efforts on “clearing debts, benefiting banks and reducing losses” in the second half of 1991, the serious backlog of industrial products has been improved. However, at the same time, many new problems have emerged that require further study. Below we will conduct a preliminary analysis of the backlog of industrial products in light of the symposium held in our country and the surveys conducted in Shaanxi and other regions and make some suggestions to the relevant departments.
