新时期预防大学生体质测试中意外事故再思考

近些年,多种因素导致大学生体质测试中意外事故频频发生,轻者扭伤、肌肉拉伤,重则运动伤残,甚至猝死,这不仅给学生和家长带来巨大的身心痛苦,更给学校体育教学工作带来了障碍,甚至造成不可挽回的负面社会影响。本文通过文献资料法和访谈法,分析和找寻新时期大学生体质测试中意外事故发生的原因,并提出一些可行建议,降低意外事故发生率,促进学校体育工作顺利开展,有效保障大学身心健康发展。

In recent years, a variety of factors lead to accidents frequently occurring in college students physical examination, light sprains, muscle strain, weight loss, or even sudden death, which not only brings tremendous physical and psychological suffering to students and parents, but also to schools Physical education teaching has brought obstacles, and even irreparable negative social impact. This article analyzes and finds out the causes of the accident during the constitutional test of undergraduates in the new era by means of literature review and interviews and puts forward some feasible suggestions to reduce the incidence of accidents and promote the smooth development of school sports so as to effectively protect the physical and mental health of the university.
