该院从１９９８年２月起施行了妇科腹腔镜诊治术８３例，获满意效果。治疗卵巢肿瘤８例，卵巢巧克力囊肿５例，卵巢黄体破裂８例，卵泡囊肿１０例，输卵管妊娠２１例，输卵管脓肿４例，子宫肌瘤４例，不孕症１９例，中转开腹４例。妇科腹腔镜适用范围广，创伤小，副作用少，恢复快，治愈率高，缩短了手术和住院时间，是妇科疾病较理想的诊治手段之一。
