2014年8月6日,云南鲁甸地震发生的第四天,也是震后救援“黄金72小时”的最后一天。对于被困群众的生命来说,流逝的每一分每一秒都无比珍贵。救援工作仍面临很大的困难,交通受阻使得一些专业救援设备难以运到灾区,山体滑坡和降雨又使已抢通的路段有随时中断的危险,堰塞湖危急,各类次生灾害也一触即发。
On August 6, 2014, the fourth day of the Ludian earthquake in Yunnan Province was the last day of the rescue after the earthquake “Golden 72 hours.” Every minute of every passing minute is precious to the trapped masses of life. Rescue work still faces great difficulties. Some traffic rescue facilities have made it difficult for some rescue equipment to be transported to the disaster-stricken areas. Landslides and rainfall have caused the danger of interruption at any time. The barrier lake is in danger and all kinds of secondary disasters are imminent .
