目的研究相对湿度对干化学消毒法消毒医疗废弃物效果的影响。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,对相对湿度影响PIW S-3000干式碱性消毒法消毒处理医疗废弃物的效果进行了现场试验观察。结果在模拟医疗废弃物内加入质量分数7.5%的碱性消毒剂,含水量为20%,经PIW S 3000医疗废物处理系统处理并放置24 h,污染在输液管上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均减少对数值分别为3.81、3.45和3.43。将废弃物含水量提高到25%,在相同条件下进行处理,对污染在输液管上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均减少对数值分别为4.05、4.02和4.29。结论 PIW S 3000医疗废物处理系统处理医疗废弃物,处理效率较高,但湿度是主要影响因素。
Objective To study the effect of relative humidity on disinfection of medical waste by dry chemical disinfection. Methods The effect of relative humidity on sterilizing medical waste by PIW S-3000 dry alkaline disinfection method was investigated by field test. Results In the simulated medical waste, the alkaline disinfectant with the mass fraction of 7.5% was added and the water content was 20%. After being treated with PIW S 3000 medical waste treatment system for 24 hours, the average amount of B. subtilis black spores polluted on the infusion tube Reduce the logarithm to 3.81, 3.45 and 3.43, respectively. Increasing the water content of the waste to 25% and treating it under the same conditions, the average reduction logarithm of the B. subtilis black spores contaminated on the infusion tube was 4.05, 4.02 and 4.29, respectively. Conclusion The PIW S 3000 medical waste treatment system handles medical waste with high efficiency but humidity is the main factor.
