国产电气液压调速器(以下简称“电调”),自60年代初投产运行以来情况基本良好,但由于在设计、制造、元件质量上各种原因,也出现了一些问题。目前我国部分科研单位和制造厂家研制和生产的“电调”主要是电子管型和晶体管型的。至于采用数字测频技术和集成电路与分列元件相结合的“电调”尚在吸取国外技术的研究试制阶段。为了总结经验、改进产品提高质量,总结和调查我国水电站国产“电调”运行情况,这无疑对科研、生产、安装和运行来说都是十分必要的。
Domestic electro-hydraulic governors (hereinafter referred to as “ESC”) have been in good condition since their operation in the early 1960s, but some problems have arisen due to various reasons in the design, manufacture and quality of components.
