全世界每年约有上百万人因缺血性脑卒中导致脑功能丧失 ,但目前有关缩小脑梗死范围或挽救神经系统功能的治疗措施仍无明显进展。本文综述了近期动物实验中证实可以限制梗死范围的治疗措施 ,包括溶栓和重建血供、阻止兴奋性神经传导、防止缺血性炎症反应和清除自由基等。这些措施若在临床试验中也被证明有效 ,将给卒中的治疗带来一场革命 ,同时要求加强有关脑梗死及康复过程中各病理生理阶段特征的研究。
Every year, about one million people worldwide suffer from loss of brain function due to ischemic stroke. However, there is still no clear progress in the treatment of reducing the range of cerebral infarction or rescuing the nervous system. This review summarizes the recent treatments in animal experiments that have shown to limit infarct size, including thrombolysis and rebuilding of blood supply, blocking of excitatory nerve conduction, prevention of ischemic inflammation and clearance of free radicals. These measures, if proven effective in clinical trials, will revolutionize the treatment of stroke and demand that studies on the characteristics of the various pathophysiological stages of cerebral infarction and rehabilitation be stepped up.
