今年以来,按照三明市委、市政府《关于学邯钢学诸城,深化工业企业改革实施意见》的要求部署,市针织厂、冶金机械厂、玻璃厂、申达制衣厂、铝材厂、8450厂劳服公司等6家企业被选为首批股份合作制试点。经过两个月(7月15日—9月16日)的上下配合努力,紧张有序、富有成效的工作,圆满完成以理顺产权关系,转换经营机制为目标的试点工作任务,为推进中小企业走向市场并与市场经济接轨做了有益探索。
Since the beginning of this year, it has been deployed in accordance with the requirements of the Sanming Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government’s “Opinions on Studying Zhucheng Steel Schools and Deepening the Reform of Industrial Enterprises Implementation.” City Knitting Factory, Metallurgical Machinery Factory, Glass Factory, Shenda Garment Factory, Aluminum Factory, 8450 Six companies, including labor service companies, were selected as the first batch of joint-stock cooperative pilots. After two months (July 15-September 16) of the up-and-down cooperation, the work was intense, orderly and productive, and successfully completed the pilot task of rationalizing property rights relations and transforming the operating mechanism. The company went to market and connected with the market economy to do a useful exploration.
