目的 :通过兔眼动物实验探讨理想的胶原性眼内接触镜 (ICL)植入方法。观察ICL植入术后炎症反应和炎症介质的变化规律 ,评定ICL眼内植入的生物相容性。方法 :将 2 0只兔子分为三组 (植入组、手术组、对照组 ) ,对兔眼ICL植入术后不同时间眼压波动 ,角膜内皮损伤、前房蛋白细胞渗出、前房出血、ICL偏位、晶状体混浊等情况进行监测。术后 1天、4天、7天、14天、2 8天分别抽取兔眼前房水 ,采用放射免疫分析测定前列腺素E2 (PGE2 )浓度。结果 :各组手术前后眼压差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,术后出现不同程度角膜内皮混浊、上皮水肿和前房渗出 ,术后 4周均基本消褪。植入组房水中PGE2 浓度术后 1周内明显高于手术组和空白对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,以后逐步下降 ,术后 14天和 2 8天三组间差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :ICL术后前房反应观察无明显慢性葡萄膜炎发生 ,房水中PGE2 浓度测定表现了ICL植入后典型的异物肉芽肿炎症过程 ,反映出ICL良好的眼内耐受性
Objective: To explore the ideal method of intraocular contact lens (ICL) implantation through rabbit eye animal experiment. The changes of inflammatory response and inflammatory mediators after ICL implantation were observed, and the biocompatibility of ICL implants was evaluated. Methods: Twenty rabbits were divided into three groups (implantation group, operation group and control group). Intraocular pressure (IOP) fluctuation, corneal endothelial injury, exudation of anterior chamber cells, anterior chamber Bleeding, ICL deviation, lens opacity and so on. Anterior chamber aqueous humor was extracted at 1 day, 4 days, 7 days, 14 days and 28 days after operation. The concentration of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: There was no significant difference in intraocular pressure before and after operation in each group (P> 0.05). Corneal endothelial opacity, epithelial edema and anterior chamber exudation were observed after operation. The level of PGE2 in the aqueous humor in the implanted group was significantly higher than that in the surgery group and the blank control group (P <0.05), and then decreased gradually. There was no significant difference between the three groups after 14 days and 28 days (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: There is no obvious chronic uveitis in ICR after anterior chamber reaction. The determination of PGE2 concentration in aqueous humor shows the typical foreign body granulomatous inflammation process after ICL implantation, which reflects the good intraocular tolerance of ICL
