规范化管理是所有企业管理者都在努力实现的管理目标,在目标实现过程中不乏有一些理论体系与方法论做支撑,但如何通过信息技术手段与规范化管理的理论体系与方法论融合,实现规范化管理目标和效果方面还未得到重视和普遍应用。本文以ERP系统应用为背景,阐述了运用信息技术手段实现规范化管理的思想、策略与方法。
