目前各行各业对员工考勤、员工学习、企业绩效考核的研究方式和方法层出不穷,但把员工的“考勤、考学、考绩”(以下简称“三考”)综合起来系统研究的还是不多,笔者通过借鉴和分析行业内外的先进经验,提出了把“考勤、考学、考绩”放在一个信息系统来研究的技术思路,并对相关研究方法进行了论述,提出了相应的技术实现手段。以全面推行以“考勤、考学、考绩”为主线的“三考”综合管理措施,科学构建从市局到县(市、区)局的“三考”管理机制,营造良好的工作氛围,带动各项工作的规范化、管理的流程化、决策的科学化,全面提高怀化烟草的经营管理的质量和标准。
