男患,12天。因烦躁、拒乳6h,全身青紫3h入院。患儿系第1胎,过期妊娠17天剖腹产娩出,出生体重3kg,无窒息史;母孕期体健,无服药及化学药品接触史;生后单以母乳喂养。3天前因“感冒”服用小儿安,1/4包每2次共2天,继用复方新诺明1/6片(0.48g/片)后出现上述症状。体检:体温36.5℃,脉搏140次/min,呼吸31次/min,体重3.kg。发育正常,反应差,呼吸不规则,时有抽泣样呼吸及暂停,无鼻扇及三凹征。全身皮肤、粘膜青紫;前囟平坦;心、肺无异

Children with the first child, 17 days of pregnancy expired Caesarean section delivery, birth weight 3kg, no history of asphyxia; the first trimester of health, no medication and chemical exposure history; single postnatal breastfeeding. 3 days ago because of “cold” taking pediatric safety, 1/4 package every 2 times for 2 days, followed by compound cotrimoxazole 1/6 (0.48g / tablets) after the above symptoms. Physical examination: body temperature 36.5 ℃, pulse 140 beats / min, breathing 31 beats / min, weight 3.kg. Normal development, poor response, irregular breathing, sometimes sobbed breath and pause, no nose fan and three concave sign. Body skin, mucosal bruising; flat bregma; heart, lung is no different
