积极心理学研究范围内的心理资本作为工作投入的前因变量,在以往的研究中多以直接作用为主。以某大型国企员工为研究对象,探求心理资本通过积极情绪的中介作用,预测工作投入程度这一命题。结果显示:总院员工在心理资本、积极情绪、工作投入上得分都显著高于分院员工;男性员工的心理资本、工作投入比女性员工表现更好;心理资本、积极情绪、工作投入三者显著相关;积极情绪在心理资本和工作投入之间起部分中介作用。
Psychological capital within the scope of positive psychology research, as the antecedent variable of work input, mostly used direct effects in previous studies. Taking a large state-owned enterprise employee as the research object, this paper explores the proposition that psychological capital predicts the degree of job involvement through the intermediary role of positive emotions. The results showed that the total staff scores in the hospital staff were significantly higher than those in the staff in psychological capital, positive emotion and work input. The psychological capital and work input of male staff were better than that of female staff; the psychological capital, positive emotion and work input were significant Positive emotion plays a part of mediating role between psychological capital and job involvement.
