在0. 16N 高氯酸介质中,伯胺喹啉与三氯化金作用形成紫色氧化产物,其最大吸收波长位于555纳米。伯胺喹咻浓度介于0--1. 6×10~(-5) M 之间遵守比耳定律,其摩尔吸光系数及桑德尔灵敏度分别为2. 25×10~4升·摩尔~(-1) ·厘米和0. 0115微克/厘米~2。本法曾用于药物片剂中伯胺喹啉含量的测定,其精密度及平均回收率分别为<2. 2%和96. 83--101. 53%之间。方法简便、灵敏、准确。
