采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对雌雄异株树种复叶槭两种性别的成年植株叶片中酸性醇溶性酚类物质进行了跟踪性反复测定,并对其质与量两方面的差异进行了比较分析。结果发现雌株叶片中溶于甲醇的酸性酚类物质的总含量始终高于相同条件下的雄株;不同性别植株叶片所含酸性醇溶性酚类物质在成分上也有差别,表现出质的差异。这些差异的发现为进一步开展该树种幼苗性别鉴定方面的研究奠定了理论与实践基础。
High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the acid-soluble phenols in leaves of adult plants of two different sexes. The difference between the quality and the quantity of the phenols was measured comparative analysis. The results showed that the total content of acidic phenolic compounds dissolved in methanol in female leaves was always higher than that of male plants under the same conditions. The acidic alcohol-soluble phenolic compounds contained in leaves of different sexes also differed in composition and showed qualitative differences . The discovery of these differences laid a theoretical and practical foundation for further research on the gender identification of seedlings of this species.
