2009年7月30日,青海省海南州兴海县一份“发现鼠疫疑似疫情”的紧急报告,使青海省政府立即宣布启动应急预案,疫情发生地周边3500平方公里被封闭,疫情得到控制。鼠疫,因其传播速度快,死亡率高,是我国甲类一号传染病,也是国际三种检疫传染病之一。我国同肺鼠疫的斗争,可以追溯到清代末年。——编者
On July 30, 2009, Xinghai County, Qinghai Province, a “plague suspected plague found out,” the emergency report, so that the Qinghai provincial government immediately announced the start emergency plan, the outbreak of the surrounding area of 3500 square kilometers was closed, the epidemic was control. Plague, because of its speed of transmission and high mortality rate, is a Class I infectious disease in China and one of the three quarantine infectious diseases in the world. The fight against pneumonic plague in our country can be traced back to the last years of the Qing Dynasty. --editor
