对134例无症状乙肝携带者母亲所生的新生儿,分A组(单纯疫苗组);B组(乙肝疫苗和乙肝免疫球蛋白间隔免疫组);C组(乙肝疫苗和乙肝免疫球蛋白同时免疫组)。根据母血又分单阳性和双阳性,进行实验观察,于免疫后12个月时检测抗-HBs,计算阳转率,双阳性A、B、C组分别为46.00%、96.42%、93.75%。单阳性分别为62.30%、92.30%、94.44%。阻断保护率双阳性分别为41.67%、95.53%、84.37%。单阳性分别为37.50%、71.15%、86.13%。经统计学处理,A组与B、C组有显著差异。而B、C组无明显差异,阻断效果相似,B、C组的明显优于A组。因此,应大力提倡乙肝疫苗和乙肝免疫球蛋白联合免疫措施。间隔或同时联合免疫均可采用。
