目的:通过CT引导立体定向内置入放射性核元素对脑瘤组织实行内放疗,观察近远期疗效水平,探求其临床应用价值。方法:CT靶点定位,应用立体定向技术把放性核元素物质置于肿瘤中心,实行内放疗。结果:所有病例近期都有一定症状的改善与好转,远期随访86.6%的患者肿瘤消失或缩小。结论:此项技术对一些小体积脑瘤,脑深部及重要结构附近的肿瘤及身体条件不适合开颅手术的患者都有良好的治疗效果,很值得推广应用
Objective: CT guided stereotactic incorporation of radionuclide elements of brain tumor tissue within the radiotherapy, observation of long-term efficacy, explore its clinical value. Methods: CT target location, the use of stereotactic technology placed put the nuclear material placed in the center of the tumor, the implementation of radiotherapy. Results: In all cases, some symptoms have been improved and improved recently. Tumors in 86.6% of the patients with long-term follow-up disappeared or contracted. Conclusion: This technique is good for the treatment of some patients with small volume of brain tumor, deep tumors and tumors near the important structure, and not suitable for craniotomy.
