管理的基础在于凭借并通过其他人自愿的合作与努力而达到预定目标.我认为有时我们从事管理的人会忘记,企业不是一个供人崇拜的神龛;你我的企业只不过是一种工具,其设计目的是要符合人类的需求和解决人类的问题.我们通过产品与服务来符合人类的需求和解决人类的问题.如果我们成功地管理企业,而且如果我们希望获得工作人员自愿的合作与努力,我们的企业一定要符合这些人的需求.我觉得太多的经理跌入这个陷阱,认定员工在那儿是为上司服务,而不是满足他们本身的需求。
The basis of management is to achieve the desired goals by virtue of and through the voluntary cooperation and efforts of others. I think that sometimes people who manage us will forget that companies are not gods for worship; you and my company are just tools. It is designed to meet human needs and solve human problems.
