为了解衰老过程中红细胞抗氧化防护能力变化的全面情况,作者将167名健康人分为五组(第1组为新生儿~1岁,第2组为1~11岁,第3组为11~25岁,第4组为25~40岁,第5组为40~63岁),对其细胞铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD 用Marklu-nd 法测定),谷胱甘酞过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)用Paglia 改良法测定),谷胱甘酞还原酶(GSSG-RD),用Galberg 法测定,谷胱甘酞转移酶(GSH-S-T 用Habig 法测定),对其活性进行了检测,结果如下;(以均值±标准差表示)。1.红细胞CuZn-SOD 活性:第1组和第2组相同(均为1.8±0.3μ/g-Hb);第3、4、5组则分别为
