基于多学科CAX工具,将多学科CAX工具平台整合,结合现有的PLM管理系统,建立一套汽轮机3D虚拟样机设计平台。平台实现汽轮机研发设计流程各个环节数据的自动数字化连接和转接,使多学科、多平台工具间协同操作。以Inventor为基础的CAD结构设计与虚拟样机仿真,结合Nastran等CAE多学科仿真,和以Vault平台作为3D模型和CAE分析数据的管理,与现有PLM二维图纸管理系统相结合,实现与ERP资源系统接口便于研发与生产制造管理。
Based on multidisciplinary CAX tools, the multidisciplinary CAX tool platform is integrated and a set of steam turbine 3D virtual prototype design platform is established based on the existing PLM management system. The platform realizes the automatic digital connection and transfer of the data in all aspects of the R & D and design flow of the steam turbine, so that the multi-disciplinary and multi-platform tools work in coordination. Inventor-based CAD structure design and virtual prototype simulation, combined with Nastran and other CAE multidisciplinary simulation, and Vault platform as a 3D model and CAE analysis of data management, and the existing PLM two-dimensional drawing management system combined with the ERP Resource system interface to facilitate research and development and manufacturing management.
